YOUR RECIPES
Here is a delicious recipe from Miquel:
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
·200g. of biscuits
·70g. of butter
·1l. of milk
·100g. of sugar
·2 packs of “cuajada” (2 x 12g)
·150g. of cocoa (Nesquik, Colacao…)
·150g. of dark chocolate powder
Preparation:
-Crush the biscuits and when they are chopped add the butter and mix.
-Then extend the mass on the bottom of the tin to form the base of the cake and put in the fridge.
- Add the rest of ingredients on a sauce pan and heat for ten minutes, making sure it does not stick.
-Below, add this chocolate cream to the mass of biscuit and reserved thirty minutes (NOT IN THE FRIDGE!!!)
-Now, you can put the cake on the fridge for two or three hours (until is tightened).
And you have a delicious chocolate cake!!!
Note: The quantity of dark chocolate or cocoa can vary depending on whether you like the chocolate more or less strong, but you should always add 300g of chocolate to the mix.
