We also had the visit of Atletes d'Altafulla and Penya Ciclista and they told us a lot about this sport.

RECIPES

                                                              CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients:

– 9 spoons of sugar
– 4 spoons of “maizena”
– 3 eggs
– 3 yogurts
– 200 g of fresh cheese (Philadelphia)
–  Some raisins (optional)


- Put the sugar and the "maizena" in a bowl and beat.
- Add the eggs, the yogurts and the cheese and beat.
- Spread some butter on a tray.
- Put the mixture in the tray.
- Put the tray in the oven and cook for 45 mins. in bain-marie at 180º.
